Professor and Co-Creator of "Leadership & Theater: Ethics, Innovation and Creativity"
Mr. Freeman is the Elis and Signe Olsson Professor of Business Administration at The Darden School, Academic Director of the Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics, and a Senior Fellow of Darden's Olsson Center for Applied Ethics. In addition to all his academic work, honors, and publications, Mr. Freeman is a lifelong student of philosophy, martial arts, and the blues.
Randy Strawderman
Director, Actor, Teacher, and Co-Creator of "Leadership & Theater: Ethics, Innovation and Creativity"
Mr. Strawderman has directed and produced theatre on the local and national stage. He co-wrote and directed Red Hot & Cole, which premiered at Barksdale Theatre in Richmond before receiving an Equity Workshop Production off Broadway and a first class production at the Variety Arts Theater in Los Angeles. He currently teachers theater at the Governor’s School for the Arts in Norfolk, Virginia.
Laura Dunham
Assistant Professor, Otis School of Business, University of St. Thomas and Co-Creator of "Leadership & Theater: Ethics, Innovation and Creativity"
Ms. Dunham is a former actress and now college professor. Her paper "There is Business Like Show Business: Leadership Learnings from the Theater," with R.E. Freeman, which appeared in the journal Organizational Dynamics, was the inspiration for creating this class.

Ms. Mead is a Senior Researcher at the Darden School’s Olsson Center for Applied Ethics, a playwright, and a former Hollywood movie executive.
